What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order or subscribe to our newsletter.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you will be asked to enter your: name, email address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway provider’s database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and which provider has signed a legally enforceable agreement to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, etc.) is deleted and not stored on our servers.
Yes (cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

Access to your information
You are entitled to access the information we hold about you. Should you wish to access the information please send an email to email@example.com identifying who you are and the information you wish to access and we will provide copies of the information to you within 14 days.
Transfer of Information across national borders
We will not transfer your information across any national border without either satisfying ourselves that the country to which the information is transferred has laws providing equal protections for personal information as provided under the Privacy Act 1988 and appropriate enforcement mechanisms. If we cannot be satisfied the country has laws protecting your privacy which are equal to the Privacy Act 1988 as well as appropriate enforcement mechanisms, we will seek your consent to transferring the information before it is transferred and will advise you that we have not taken steps to ensure the overseas recipient does not breach the Australian Privacy Principles .
If you are unhappy with the way your information is collected stored, used or disclosed you can complain to us. The complaint needs to be in writing and needs to specifically identify the basis for the complaint and the action you wish taken. We will gather information to enable your complaint to be properly assessed. On completion of the assessment we will write to you within 28 days advising whether we accept the complaint or any part of it and indicating what action we are prepared to take to address your concerns. If you are dissatisfied with our assessment you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
